Services Available
*Free Medicaid assistance for children under age nineteen and for pregnant women (based on family size and household income.
*Provide outreach in the community to make Medicaid / related services more easily accessible.
*Can see clients during non-traditional hours
*Help with applications for Georgia Partnership for Caring (referral to doctor for free visit if eligible)
*Help with applications for Peach Care (health coverage for children birth – 18yrs. Must be over income for Medicaid, and do not have private health insurance)
