Purpose
Partners for a Healthy Community hopes to reduce the number of unnecessary visits to the emergency room, thereby reducing the overall cost of healthcare.  Over 180 health topics are covered in the handbook.  138,000 Healthwise Handbooks were distributed to every household in Hart County (as well as Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens Counties).
