Purpose
To improve the welfare of families and children through cooperative program planning with government, business, the faith community and community agencies.

Services Available
*Community Luncheons Held Every Other Month
*America Reads (see page 12)
*Mentoring Program (Adults meet on a weekly basis with a child in need) (see page 82)
*Entreprenership Education (Partnership with Pinnacle Bank and Northeast Georgia Bank to implement entrepreneurship concepts into 3rd grade)
*After School Program (Partnership with the school system, focusing on self-esteem, homework, and improving social interaction skills)
*School Incentive for Attendance and School Success (Partnership with Ty Cobb Healthcare System to provide incentives for students who excel at school success and/or attendance)
*Abstinence Education (Partnership with Hart Life to assist with assemblies and curriculum implementation into the school system. Also works with the STAAR group, a group of students teaching their peers abstinence)
*Teen Tutoring (Teens excelling at academics assist their peers who request tutoring)
*Ropes Course (Partnership with DHR and school system. Course is located between the high school and middle school, offered to anyone in Hart County. Must have an approved facilitator leading the group)
*CISCO (Program offered in the high school that teaches state of the art technology)
*Baby Think It Over Dolls (Partnership with the Pilot Club and the Anchor Club. Dolls are used to teach parenting responsibilities, child abuse prevention, and child development)
