To provide assistance to battered women and their children. Resources and
services for a life free from violence.

Hour staffed crisis line where options, information, emotional support,
safety assessment and planning, resource information, referrals and personal
advocacy to legal medical, housing, education and social services discussed
*24 hour staffed emergency shelter at Hart Haven where food, clothing,
medical attention, personal care items, etc. provided as needed
*residential services adn advocacy for women and children at Heart Haven
*Weekly
support group for abused women facilitated by experienced social worker
*weekly support group for their children conducted by children's program
coordinator
*Temporary Shelter
*Volunteer program offers members of the community to provide direct or
indirect services
*legal advocacy ( assists with completing and filing a temporary protective
order, accompanies women to court, secures an attorney for the second TPO
hearing)
