CHILE RELLENOS SQUARES
3 C. (12-oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 4-oz. can diced green chilies, drained
4 eggs, beaten
Sprinkle cheese and chilies evenly into a well-greased 8” square pan. Pour eggs over top. Bake at 35Q0 for 35 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Makes approximately 3 dozen appetizers
