STRAWBERRY DESSERT
1/4 C. cornstarch 1 qt. sliced strawberries 1 1/2 C. sugar 1 8-oz. pkg softened cream cheese 1 1/2 C. water 1 16-oz ctn Cool Whip Dash Salt 1 angel food cake 1 3-oz pkg strawberry Jell-O Combine cornstarch, sugar, water and salt until clear and thick. Add Jell-O. Cool mixture slightly and add the strawberries. Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip together. Cut an angel food cake into bite size pieces and stir into Cool Whip mixture. Put in 9x13 inch pan and top with strawberry mixture. Chill. Serves 10 to 12.
