CHOP SUEY

3 lb. fresh pork, cut into chunks 1 lg. can bean strouts
1/2 C white sugar 1 lg. can chop suey veetables
1 qt. sliced and chopped onions 1 can mushrooms
1 qt. chopped celery 1/2 bot soy sauce

   Caramelize sugar. Place in pan in which you will make the Chop Suey. Then add the meat; Cook until tender. Add onions and bring to a boil; drain and add the cooked meat. Add celery and cook for 20 minutes. Add bean sprouts, chop suey vegetables and mushrooms. Add soy sauce. Thicken with cornstarch dissolved in water.
