SCRATCH FRIENDSHIP CAKE
| 1-1/2 C. vegetable oil | 1 tsp baking soda |
| 2 C. sugar | 1/4 tsp salt |
| 3 eggs, well beaten | 1 C. chopped nuts |
| 2 tsp. vanilla | 3 C. chopped Friendship Fruit |
| 3 C. all-purpose flour | well drained |
Mix together oil, sugar and eggs in electric mixer, then add vanilla and beat well. Stir together flour, soda and salt and blend into batter then add nuts and fruits. Bake in a greased and floured Bundt tube or 9x13" pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes ate 325 degrees or until cake is done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Serves 12.
