HERB BAKED RED POTATOES
1` pkg. Good Seasons 1 red bell pepper, cubed herb and garlic mix 1 green bell pepper, cubed 2 lb. small red potatoes, cubed 1 lg. sweet onion, cubed Make dressing following directions on package. Wash potatoes. Do not peel. Cut potatoes in chunks. Cut peppers and onions into chunks. Put vegetables in a shallow roasting pan and pour dressing over top, mix to coat all Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
