BEEF & PORK BARBECUE SANDWICHES
6 lb. roast (beef and pork) 1/2 stalk celery 3 med. onions 3 T. vinegar 2 T. chili powder 1 tsp, pepper I green pepper 4 Sm. bot, catsup 1 tsp. Tabasco 2 T. salt 11/2 C. water Little sugar Put meat in roaster just the size of meat. Place remaining ingredients in blender and puree. Pour sauce into pan arid heat to boiling. Pour over meat, Cover and bake in 300 degree oven for 8 hours. Shred meat when cool, and put hack into sauce. If too soupy, cook uncovered until right consistency. Makes 6 to 8 sandwiches per pound of meat
This freezes very well Great for a big party - just thaw and reheat.
