GRAPE WINE

3 Sm. cans frozen Welch’s grape juice    1 pkt. yeast
4 C. sugar  1 C. water

Mix yeast with 1 cup water. Place ingredients in a glass gallon jug. Fill jug with water. Shake thoroughly. Cover opening with a large 25 cent balloon (others too weak). Balloon will blow up while wine is working . . . release some pressure if too large. Wine will work 4 to B weeks. When wine is ready, balloon will deflate. Siphon off wine into quart jars or bottles. Seal. (Sediment will remain at bottom of gallon jug.)
Do not shake up after first time.
