HUMMUS TAHINI

2 1-lb. cans garbanzo beans Lemon juice, to taste (around 1/2 C.)
     drain (reserve liquid) 1 C. Tahini (sesame paste)
5 to 6 cloves of garlic  

         Make only in food processor - it will kill your blender.
         Process all ingredients about 5 minutes until smooth - you'll need to add a portion of the reserved liquid to make it the consistency of warm peanut butter. I like mine with salt . . . I add 1/2 tablespoon or so to taste. Serve with fresh pita bread, onion and cucumber slices. Make little sandwiches or use as a dip.
