TONY PACKO'S HOT DOG SAUCE
2 lb hamburger 3 tsp paprika 1 onion, minced 1/2 tsp oregano powder 2 tsp salt 1/3 tsp red or cayenne pepper Pepper to taste 3 C. water 6 tsp chili powder Brown meat and onion, drain. Add salt and pepper. Then add the rest together and simmer for at least 2-1/2 hours. Put up in 1/2 pound cups. Sauce may be frozen
