TONY PACKO'S HOT DOG SAUCE
| 2 lb hamburger | 3 tsp paprika |
| 1 onion, minced | 1/2 tsp oregano powder |
| 2 tsp salt | 1/3 tsp red or cayenne pepper |
| Pepper to taste | 3 C. water |
| 6 tsp chili powder |
Brown meat and onion, drain. Add salt and pepper. Then add the rest together and simmer for at least 2-1/2 hours. Put up in 1/2 pound cups. Sauce may be frozen
