GLORIFIED CAULIFLOWER
| 1 whole head cauliflower | 1/4 C. mustard |
| 3/4 C. mayonnaise | 3/4 C. shredded Cheddar cheese |
Cut leaves and stem off cauliflower and steam whole head until tender-crisp. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together and spread on cauliflower head when cooked. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 300 degrees until cheese melts, 10 to 15 minutes.
