HOT CHICKEN SALAD

2 C. cooked chicken (2 chicken breasts, 2 tsp. grated onion
     boned, cut up and cooked) 1 T. Lemon Juice
2 C. diced celery 1 C. mayonnaise
1/2 C. toasted almonds or cashews 1/2 C. grated cheese (New York Sharp)
1/2 tsp salt 1 C. crushed potato chips (6-oz)
White pepper  

     Blend chicken, celery, almonds or cashews, salt, pepper, and onion with lemon juice and mayonnaise. Spread in pan. Top with grated cheese and crushed potato chips. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
