CHEESE BALL 1

2 8-oz. pkg cream cheese, softened 2 T. chopped green onion
1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    partly drained 1 C. chopped nuts
1/2 C. chopped green pepper

     Mix together first 5 ingredients and roll in ball. Roll in chopped nuts. Refrigerate several hours.
    Variation: You may omit green pepper and increase green onion to 1/4 Cup.
