YEAST ROLLS
2 lg. potatoes, peeled, cooked 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 1/2 C. lukewarm potato water 2/3 C. soft shortening 1/3 C. sugar 1 C. lukewarm mashed poateos 1 tsp salt 6 C. flour 1 cake or pkg yeast Dissolve sugar, salt and yeast in the lukewarm potato water. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Knead lightly. Cover. This dough raised in refrigerator overnight. Knead again and form into 32 rolls. Let rise. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
