POTLUCK CORN
| 1 16-oz. can creamed corn`` | 1 C. sour cream |
| 1 16-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained | 1 T. chopped onion |
| 2 eggs, beaten`` | 1 7-oz. pkg. Jiffy cornmeal mix |
| 1/2 tsp salt. | 1 stick margarine |
Mix together first 7 ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish. Cut up margarine and place over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
