POTLUCK CORN
1 16-oz. can creamed corn`` 1 C. sour cream 1 16-oz. can whole kernel corn, drained 1 T. chopped onion 2 eggs, beaten`` 1 7-oz. pkg. Jiffy cornmeal mix 1/2 tsp salt. 1 stick margarine Mix together first 7 ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish. Cut up margarine and place over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
