CORNED BEEF SALAD
| 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O | 3 tsp. onion, chopped |
| 1 1/2 C. boiling water | 3 tsp green pepper |
| Old Fashioned Salad Dressing | 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped |
| 2 C or more diced celery | 1 C. shredded corned beef (1 can) |
Combine Jell-O with boiling water; cool. Add Old Fashioned Salad Dressing to cooled mixture. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Serves 8
Old Fashioned Salad Dressing
1 C. salad dressing
1 Tp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
Combine until well blended.
