CHOCOLATER FONDUE
8 1-oz. squares unsweetnened 1/2 C. butter chocolate 1/8 tsp salt 1 C. light cream 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 1/2 C. sugar Heat all ingredients, except vanilla, in a fondue pot (180 degrees) stirring until chocolate is melted. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Add vanilla and mix well. Turn down controls if electric or place over candle in chafing dish to keep mixture fluid (not too thick)
Serve with angel food cake cubes, pineapple pieces, strawberries and/or marshmallows.
